We are looking for an experienced project management professional who would ensure the efficiency of the company's project portfolio, implement the highest management standards and help the organization achieve ambitious goals.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the company's project portfolio, ensuring consistency, transparency and synergy of activities between different departments.
- Set and implement unified project management standards, ensuring an effective project management culture throughout the organization.
- Coordinate project planning, monitor progress, assess risks and ensure that results are achieved on time, within the planned scope, within budget and with quality assurance.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations on project priorities, resource allocation and optimization.
- Improve project management practices and competencies in the company.
- Integrate sustainability principles into project activities, contributing to the implementation of the organization's long-term goals.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education and at least 3 years of successful project management experience.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Ability to independently make decisions, plan and control complex processes.
- Excellent ability to communicate, reconcile the interests of different stakeholders and resolve conflict situations.
- Ability to systematically educate others, create methodological information, professionally conduct discussions, presentations and training.
- Knowledge of the principles of sustainable organizational development.
