Nature of work
- Coordinate projects (later project managers as needed) in different countries, setting priorities, work standards and ensuring the implementation of results.
- Monitor and coordinate the progress of implemented projects, anticipating potential problems or deviations from the plan, initiating timely decision-making.
- Oversee the processes of permits, contracts and project documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate financing and refinancing processes, in cooperation with investors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between Construction and Operations teams and resolve interdisciplinary issues.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of new projects according to financial, conceptual and implementation criteria.
Employee requirements
- Significant experience in real estate development, project management or investment projects.
- Practical knowledge of budgets, deadlines, contracts and risk management.
- You are able to analyze, summarize information, formulate proposals and present all this to interested parties.
- You have accumulated experience in leading a team or coordinating activities.
- You are distinguished by strategic thinking, orientation towards results.
- You are able to develop and share project management knowledge.
- You have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
- You can go on business trips as needed.
