We are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager to join the Go Vilnius team, who is looking for an opportunity to combine organizational accuracy with creative solutions. After logging in, you will have the opportunity to:
- Project Portfolio Management - Coordinate and oversee the entire project portfolio of the organization, ensure consistency and compatibility of activities between departments;
- Project Management Methodology Development and Support - Create, implement and maintain project management processes, methodologies, templates and instructions applied to the entire organization's project activities;
- Project Initiation Coordination and Assessment - Coordinate the initiation of new projects, assess initiatives according to strategic importance, risk and value created, approve projects before submitting them to the management meeting, provide recommendations to management on priorities;
- Project Progress Monitoring - Coordinate project planning, track progress, assess risks, ensure that results are achieved on time, within the planned scope and budget;
- Project Quality Monitoring - Assess whether the information provided by project managers is sufficient and accurate for decision-making at the portfolio level;
- Project Completion Monitoring - quarterly review of completed projects, ensure that results are recorded and documentation is organized;
- Methodological supervision of the digital tool (ClickUp) - oversee the methodological content of the ClickUp system: templates, project structure, usage standards (technical administration is performed by the IT systems administrator);
- Reporting and recommendations - provide management with insights and recommendations on project priorities and resource allocation;
- Consulting, methodological assistance and training - consult project managers, conduct training, improve project management practices in the organization, share good practices;
- Collaboration - cooperate with project managers, department heads and management, combining different interests and priorities.
Are you our dream candidate?
- Has a higher education (advantage - in the fields of management, public administration, project management);
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in successful project or project portfolio management (in the public or private sector);
- You are knowledgeable and able to apply project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.) in practice;
- Has strong analytical and strategic planning skills - able to assess project initiatives according to strategic importance, risk and value created in the context of the portfolio;
- Has experience working with project management systems (ClickUp or similar);
- PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certificate - an advantage;
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Challenges and previously unheard questions do not cause you fear, but motivate you to learn and find solutions;
- Experience working in advertising, communication, creative agencies would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English - an advantage.

Monthly salary is expected, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. An annual variable remuneration component may be paid based on the results achieved.
