We are currently inviting a Project Resource Manager to join the team.
The main job functions would be:
We are currently inviting a Project Resource Manager to join the team.
The main job functions would be:
- Ensuring resource planning and effective use, timely provision of projects with human resources (appropriately qualified employees, use of subcontracted resources if necessary);
- effective distribution and transfer of employees between projects, coordination of rotations and holidays and employee availability;
- ensuring employee selection;
- search and selection of new subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractors according to work quality, productivity, competence, discipline, compliance with HSE requirements and cooperation;
- organization of employee travel, accommodation and logistics in foreign countries;
- planning and coordination of employee rotations, rest time;
- ensuring project-related documentation and legal compliance, preparation of documents (A1, LIMOSA, RUT, Posted Workers, etc.);
- ordering necessary training, courses, permits for employees and ensuring that the documentation is prepared on time;
- organization of employee registration in foreign countries;
- solving emerging organizational issues and problems;
- daily communication with employees, project managers and other team members.

- You have a higher education and at least 2 years of similar work experience in project coordination or human resources;
- You have good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Management knowledge and skills;
