Project Preparation Manager

Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for a Project Preparation Manager who is responsible, organized, results-oriented and able to collaborate effectively

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Prepare accurate and competitive commercial offers for clients using Excel, e-price lists and other project preparation tools.
• Calculate NARBUTAS product prices, coordinate pricing of non-standard solutions and collect pricing data for resold products from suppliers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality administration of customer data and orders in AXAPTA / D365 systems.
• Prepare and administer sales and project documentation (contracts, prepayment invoices, public procurement documents, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales team, colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of projects and high quality of customer service.
• Meet deadlines and plan work effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities can change very quickly.
• Contribute to the continuity of the team's activities by replacing colleagues during their vacation or sick leave.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Diligence and attention to detail when working with numbers, documents and data.
• Ability to plan time, manage multiple tasks at the same time and maintain high quality of work even at a high pace.
• A sense of responsibility and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and master the systems and processes required for the job.
• Collaboration and customer orientation, as the team's goal is to provide the best solution to the customer.
• Experience in the furniture sector would be an advantage.
• Skills in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools would be an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team in a hybrid work model environment.
• English language skills (B2).

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €10.54 - €11.63/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: €1,758 - €1,940/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a cumulative accounting system.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
