Nature of work
- Control of material purchase prices according to the price list and supplier contracts;
- Supervision of cost allocation to objects - each account must have an object and a responsible project manager;
- Accounting for material balances in objects and monthly inventory;
- Preparation of material write-off acts together with work managers;
- Control of objects that have costs but no invoices issued and collection of decisions from project managers;
- Comparison of contract budget and actual costs by object;
- Preparation of the object closure act - checking whether all materials, works and hours have been recorded;
- Preparation of monthly control reports for management;
- Automation of reports and data verification with AI tools;
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (construction, electrical engineering, economics or accounting);
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of construction, electrical or engineering networks - data analysis, object administration;
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for daily work: data organization, document analysis, report preparation;
- Good MS Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, data verification);
- Knowledge of construction and electrical installation materials;
- Ability to read estimates and bills of quantities;
- Basics of inventory accounting: balances, write-off acts, cost price;
- Diligence, integrity and the ability to defend one's position with arguments.
The advantage would be
- Experience in automating reports or data processing with AI tools;
- Experience in working with construction management;
- Skills in data analysis tools;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and low-voltage system materials;
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers;
- Fluency in Russian or English.
