Nature of work
- Management of apartment building renovation (modernization) projects from preparation to completion of work
- Coordination of relations with residents, contractors, designers, technical supervisors
- Project budget and deadline control, risk management
- Participation in residents' meetings, presentation of decisions
- Preparation of documentation and coordination with BETA, municipalities, financial institutions
- Monitoring of work quality, schedules and progress (sometimes visits to facilities)
Employee requirements
- Experience in construction project management (in the field of apartment building modernization - an advantage)
- Possession of SPSC (Construction Production Certification Center) certificate - an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Independence, sense of responsibility, ability to make decisions
- Ability to work with Excel, construction management systems (an advantage)
- Driver's license (category B)
