Nature of work:
- Working with Lithuanian and foreign clients;
- Management and implementation of ground-based solar power plant projects;
- Ensuring project quality and implementation deadlines, tracking project costs and budgets;
- Coordinating contractors, designers and other employees and partners to ensure compliance with project specifications, deadlines and budgets;
- Providing technical support to the sales team and contractors, assisting in solving problems;
- Providing information about the progress of project implementation to project customers, developers and partners;
- Coordinating solutions to warranty issues with suppliers, contractors and partners;
- Participating in meetings with representatives of the customer's contractors and subcontractors;
- Searching for new partners related to contracting and design work.;
- Place of work – Kaunas/Vilnius, with periodic business trips to Ireland according to project needs.
Employee requirements
- Electrical engineering education;
- Experience in implementing projects related to BESS (electrical energy storage systems);
- Knowledge of solar energy and/or electrical systems;
- Experience in working with contractors and collaborating with partners;
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Russian is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent planning and time management, organizational and collaboration skills;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- B driver category.
