Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Project Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will keep records of wages, allowances, bonuses, variable remuneration and other remuneration-related payments;
- I will calculate, declare and transfer taxes related to wages, ensuring compliance with legal acts;
- You will prepare certificates, reports and declarations for the Social Insurance Institution, the State Tax Inspectorate, other institutions and internal needs;
- You will improve remuneration accounting processes, participate in and manage internal projects;
- You will supervise remuneration (salary) calculation systems, resolve disruptions, cooperate with external consultants;
- You will consult with Bank employees on issues related to the use of the remuneration system.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher or higher education (in finance, economics or a similar field);
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting (advantage):
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and related taxes (advantage):
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills and practical experience working with Profit-Web and Navision (advantage)
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English;
- Insight and responsibility - ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure conscious decision-making.
