About the position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take over the production orders for non-standard buses from the commercial team and manage their implementation until the final handover of the buses to the customer.
Your main goal will be to ensure that all agreed customer requirements are properly implemented, risks are identified in a timely manner, and the project is carried out in accordance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements.

We will trust you:
- Take over customer order drafts received from the commercial team.
- Analyze contractual and technical project requirements.
- Coordinate the final approval of the project specification.
- Organize prototype reviews and approvals with customers.
- Manage project changes and deviations, assess their impact on deadlines, budget and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cooperation between project participants: customer, distributor, product engineering, order management, supply, production, quality, after-sales service teams.
- Identify project risks, coordinate their management actions and raise issues with responsible decision-makers in a timely manner.
- Organize intermediate bus inspections and acceptances with customers.
- Manage project discrepancies and their elimination actions.
- Ensure that project documentation is relevant and the necessary information reaches project participants in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the transfer of buses to the customer.
- Ensure that all necessary documents, certificates, reports and invoices are provided to the customer.
- Participate in resolving critical project issues until final project closure.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience.
- You have experience in implementing technical or production projects.
- You are able to manage several projects at the same time.
- You know how to effectively coordinate the work of different departments.
- You are able to communicate clearly with customers and partners.
- You understand technical documentation and specifications.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are able to work in a structured way and make decisions based on facts.
Advantages:
- Experience in the manufacturing sectors of vehicles (buses, trucks, railways or special equipment), ships, industrial equipment, automated manufacturing systems or other non-standard products.
- Experience working with high-value individual projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience in organizing equipment acceptance tests at the factory (FAT) and/or at the customer's site (SAT).

Salary and motivation system
- Salary from 3,500 to 4,500 EUR gross per month (depending on experience, competencies and ability to independently manage complex projects).
