Project Manager (B2B)

We are looking for a Project Manager with work experience in the insurance field to join the BTA team and be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and the growth of B2B sales results.

We will trust you with:

· Develop partnership projects with banks, leasing companies, dealers and other strategic partners;

· Conduct negotiations based on data analysis and select the most optimal solutions;

· Assess project efficiency, identify areas for improvement and initiate process improvement solutions;

· Ensure the implementation of sales plans and quality indicators set for projects, constantly monitoring results and providing insights;

· Research the market, analyze its trends and identify new business opportunities and partners;

· Contribute to the formation of team goals based on analytical insights and their implementation.

It is important for us to build and maintain a relationship based on trust with clients, partners and colleagues. We believe that you will be successful in this position if:

· You have at least 2 years of work experience in the insurance field (in the areas of sales, partnership development and/or project management);

· You are able not only to execute sales, but also to analyze their results and make data-based decisions;

· You have strong analytical skills, you are able to interpret data and provide clear, value-creating insights;

· You have experience in process analysis, optimization and continuous improvement;

· You are proactive, solution-oriented and able to quickly solve complex situations;

· You are empathetic and able to effectively cooperate with different people;

· You communicate well in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level);

· Has a category B driver's license.

Remuneration system:

2300 - 3200 €/month fixed monthly salary;

Monthly bonus of up to 30% of fixed salary;

Quarterly bonus of up to 120% of fixed salary;
Annual bonus of up to 125% of fixed salary.
