- Full responsibility for managing multiple projects: scope, deadlines, risks;
- Coordination of the design process (PP / TP / DP);
- Communication with customers and coordinating institutions;
- Management of project schedule and comments, control of scope changes;
- Coordination of the internal team (4–6 engineers);
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education;
- 3–5 years of experience in project management: experience working with municipalities or public customers, experience in project coordination and comment management;
- Knowledge of the legal framework, knowledge and application of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in project management;
- Good communication and negotiation skills, social courage;
