Nature of work

  • Consulting end customers, preparing offers and selecting equipment
  • Inspection of objects and coordination of technical solutions
  • Active sales and product presentation
  • Working with air-to-water, air-to-air heat pumps, air conditioners and ventilation systems
  • Preparing commercial offers and concluding contracts
  • Working with the CRM system
  • Communication with customers by phone, e-mail and social networks
  • Coordination of projects, work planning and coordination with the installation team
  • Sales process management from first contact to implementation
  • Monitoring the competitive environment
  • Participation in exhibitions, seminars and other company events

💼 What do we expect from you?

  • At least 1 year of work experience in HVAC sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in heating, cooling and ventilation solutions
  • Ability to understand the client's needs and select the right solution
  • Organization, responsibility and independence
  • Ability to plan work, make decisions and coordinate processes
  • Computer literacy, ability to work with CRM or quickly understand new systems
  • Interest in artificial intelligence tools or desire to improve in this field
  • Driver's license (category B)

💰 What do we offer?

  • Salary from €2650 on paper – if you prove that you are worth more, negotiations will be in your favor! - - Working hours: 7:00–16:00 or 8:00–17:00 (you can choose)
