Higher education in the field of engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in the implementation of large-scale engineering, energy or power grid projects.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Responsibility, diligence, ability to work both independently and in a team.
Result orientation, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Operability in decision-making.
Driver's license (category B).
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Construction work manager certificate is an advantage.

Implementation of large-scale solar power plants and solar parks projects.
Control and enforcement of project objectives (scope, budget, deadlines, quality).
Effective change management.
Work planning, quality control, safety assurance.
Smooth communication with contractors, partners, suppliers and other project participants.
Regular preparation of project reports, tracking project progress and providing information internally and externally.
