Salary: €1,900-2,500/month. excluding taxes. Additionally, monthly and quarterly bonuses are paid, depending on sales results.

- Identify new opportunities for the development of insurance services in the segments of partners, travel agencies and electronic channels.
- Create proposals for new projects and coordinate their implementation from idea to result.
- Ensure effective management, supervision and continuous improvement of existing partnership projects.
- Analyze project results, monitor performance indicators and initiate changes that help strengthen cooperation with partners.
- I will cooperate with internal teams and external partners, aiming to create value for customers and ensure the implementation of business goals.
We expect YOU to:
- Have a higher or higher education.
- Have good knowledge of insurance activities and are able to apply this knowledge to business decisions.
- Have good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills when working with colleagues, clients and business partners.
- Able to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.
- Have very good computer skills.
- You are a strong negotiator and are able to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- You are guided by high standards of business ethics and a responsible approach to work.
- You are proactive, creative, able to think critically, take responsibility and generate new ideas.
