Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the execution of works, quality control and handover of works of the assigned construction project (electrical part);
- Perform supervision of contracted objects, handover for technical maintenance, coordination with third parties (underground communications contractors, municipal representatives, customers, etc.);
- Plan and timely initiate the provision of resources necessary for contracted projects (materials, contracting services, etc.);
- Coordinate the work performed by contractors;
- Control the quantities of electrical materials and submit reports and monthly acts of completed work to the direct manager;
- Participate in inspections of electrical equipment installations, submit proposals and provide measures to correct identified defects, ensure that the planned measures are implemented on time.
We hope that the future colleague:
- Has a higher education (an advantage in electrical engineering, electrical technology or a similar field);
- Has significant experience in managing construction projects, performing electrical maintenance;
- Understands the technological processes of repairing electrical equipment;
- Knows the laws, legal acts and regulatory documents regulating construction and electrical maintenance;
- Is able to work with MS Office, Autocad programs;
- Has a category B driver's license (required);
- Is able to read technical documentation, drawings, diagrams, projects, knows how to use an estimate preparation program;
- Has obtained a certificate of electrical safety of up to 1000V, a special construction work manager for a special structure (an advantage);
- Is responsible, proactive, is able to effectively plan time and coordinate work.
