Project Manager (Financial Control and Analysis Group)

Organize the activities of the Financial Control and Analysis Group;
Form, develop and motivate the team, set goals and delegate tasks;
Organize the process of drawing up and controlling long-term and short-term financial plans;
Organize the preparation, supervision and evaluation system of project cost-benefit analyses;
Ensure transparent and reliable management accounting, submit proposals for its improvement;
Form the company's pricing principles, create and improve the cost allocation model for activities;
Organize the preparation of financial and operational management reports for stakeholders.

You have a higher education in economics, finance, mathematics or a similar field;
You have at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and control;
You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in finance;
You are proactive, results-oriented and achievement-oriented;
You have analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills;
You are able to independently organize work and coordinate tasks;
You have excellent MS Office package, Power BI skills and English language skills (B2 level);
You have IFRS knowledge and excellent analytical skills; CFA license would be an advantage.
