UAB "Adrijus" is a flooring sales and installation company operating for more than 19 years, implementing projects throughout Lithuania. We work with business centers, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, hotels, residential projects and real estate developers.
We are growing and are looking for a project manager who would not only manage projects, but also actively contribute to attracting new projects and building long-term relationships with clients. Nature of work
Your main responsibilities:
- Active work with contractors, architects, designers and business clients;
- Search for new projects and develop relationships;
- Participation in tenders and preparation of commercial proposals;
- Selection of floor covering solutions for clients;
- Conducting negotiations and commercial management of projects;
- Control of project budgets, deadlines and profitability;
- Cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers;
- Project implementation and supervision;
- Filling in the CRM system and project management;
- Building long-term partnership relationships.
Employee requirements

- Have experience in project sales, construction, finishing or engineering solutions;
- Are able to independently plan your work and manage projects;
- Are result-oriented and sales-oriented;
- Are able to communicate professionally with clients and partners;
- Know how to read drawings and technical documentation;
- Have negotiation skills;
- Are proactive, responsible and like to achieve ambitious goals;
- Have a category B driver's license.
