Nature of work
- Infrastructure project management;
- Planning of investments, project benefits and other necessary resources, presentation to management bodies, control of their implementation;
- Preparation of project documentation;
- Implementation of project procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and other legal acts applicable to contracting authorities;
- Change management, resolution of emerging problems;
- Communication with contractors, service providers and other interested parties;
- Representation of the company's interests.
We hope you
- You have a higher education in construction, engineering, management or a similar field;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in construction, engineering and/or technological project management (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification would be an advantage);
- You are familiar with construction processes, related legislation and the engineering and technical side of contract projects;
- You have skills in working with MS Project or other project management programs;
- You are familiar with the peculiarities of the procurement organization of the contracting authority;
- You are able to justify your own and your team's choice of actions;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You have technical knowledge of English and a driver's license.
