MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- manage infrastructure construction projects implemented in the company;
- plan and control project scopes, schedules, budget;
- prepare technical specifications and design technical tasks;
- organize and coordinate the work of project contractors and service providers, ensure proper performance and quality of their work;
- prepare letters and responses to customers, suppliers, institutions;
- solve emerging problems, manage changes.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 1 year of experience in the field of construction project management;
- higher education in construction, engineering, management or similar fields;
- excellent knowledge of project management processes;
- skills in working with project management programs;
- fluent English (written and spoken);
- good organizational, time management, communication skills, results-oriented;
- analytical thinking, independence, as well as the ability to work in a team;
- driver's license;
- compliance with the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
