Nature of work
- Initiate, organize, coordinate and implement ship interior installation (finishing) projects in Lithuania and abroad;
- Work in the office in Klaipėda, planning, coordinating and administering the progress of projects and periodic trips to project implementation sites;
- Coordinate the execution of ship interior finishing works according to technical documentation, drawings and customer requirements;
- Plan project implementation, deadlines, resources;
- Form employee teams, plan rotations;
- Cooperate with customers, contractors and suppliers, promptly resolving technical and organizational issues;
- Control the quality of the work performed, deadlines and project costs;
- Organize the delivery of completed work to the customer and ensure high customer evaluation;
- Prepare and administer project documentation, reports and other project-related documents;
- Analyze project results, identify risks and provide proposals for process improvement;
- Controlling the progress of project implementation, achieving set goals;
- Quick and effective resolution of emerging challenges;
- Project analysis, presentation and evaluation of results.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of project management experience in construction, shipbuilding, ship repair or interior decoration;
- Higher or higher education (marine engineering, construction, mechanics or other technical field - an advantage);
- Ability to read technical drawings and technological documentation;
- Experience in coordinating interior decoration works would be a great advantage;
- Ability to plan work, make decisions and lead a team;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Very good knowledge of English (B2–C1). Knowledge of Russian - an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Work experience with project management systems - an advantage;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to periodically go on business trips.
