- Organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
- Analysis of construction projects and drawings and supervision of their implementation;
- Work planning, deadline control and quality assurance;
- Ordering construction materials and necessary equipment;
- Organization of the work of employees and subcontractors;
- Communication with customers, designers and suppliers;
- Management of construction documentation.
Employee requirements
- Ability to read and understand construction projects and drawings;
- Experience in construction management or similar positions;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Responsibility, initiative and problem-solving skills;
- Category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of Russian
