In this position you:
- ensure a smooth and proper selection process for employees in ongoing projects;
- communicate with existing employees on a daily basis, resolve any problems they may have;
- coordinate employee recruitment and training processes and administer personnel documents;
- maintain constant contact with clients, ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of issues;
- monitor financial indicators.

We hope you:
- you have a higher education;
- you have experience in project management (in the areas of personnel, logistics or production - an advantage);
- you are characterized by sociability, orientation towards results, the ability to solve non-standard situations and courage in making decisions;
- you are fluent in English at a level not lower than B2;
- you are excellent at using computer tools and are able to analyze data;
- you have a category B driver's license.
