We are looking for a team member who can ensure smooth project implementation, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This is a position for someone who can see the big picture and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of implemented projects – assess risks, initiate problem solving and monitor results against objectives and KPIs;
- Coordinate the progress of projects so that they are implemented on time – regularly review progress, manage deadlines;
- Prepare documentation related to project implementation – process descriptions, instructions, procedures and other necessary agreements;
- Coordinate documentation and solutions between different departments and countries, ensuring smooth cooperation;
- Analyze internal assortment and display management processes, identify efficiency opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement;
- Analyze company data related to space utilization and assortment efficiency, and suggest actions to improve results.

- Able to identify risks, solve problems and ensure the progress of projects from start to result;
- You are organized, know how to plan time and manage several projects at the same time;
- You easily collaborate with different teams, departments and stakeholders;
- Have experience in project management, process improvement, assortment, displays or retail;
- Have experience working with KPI monitoring, data analysis and improving operational efficiency.
