Job Description
- You will be responsible for project development, progress, results and quality assurance
- You will formulate tasks, prepare reports and ensure smooth communication between business, programmers and other related parties
- You will assess and manage risks related to project implementation
- You will plan budgets for managed projects, ensure the implementation of the plans
- You will quickly identify the causes of problems and be able to solve emerging problems independently
- You will participate in joint company projects, cooperate with other departments
- You will develop the strengths of team members and identify areas for improvement
- You will be able to flexibly adapt to changing priorities and environmental changes

We expect that YOU:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in IT project management
- Have experience in implementing and developing ERP systems
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2) and apply them in practice
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to manage stressful and non-standard situations
- Have experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Able to work independently with clients, make decisions and justify them with arguments
- You speak Lithuanian fluently and have excellent English skills (B2)
