The range of projects you will need to work with includes strategic, transformational and infrastructure projects. One of the first projects you will work with is the design, construction and launch of a large-scale manufacturing factory.

Main responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, coordinate and control projects throughout their life cycle.
- Organize the work of project teams, ensure clear roles, responsibilities and effective cooperation.
- Manage project scope, deadlines, budget, risks, quality and changes.
- Perform continuous control of project progress, deadlines, costs and quality.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide alternative solutions.
- Make operational decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
- Ensure the transfer of project results to business owners.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful and significant work experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to manage complex projects while working with different teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and clear, structured communication with the team, management and stakeholders.
- Practical experience in applying project management methodologies (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
- Higher university education in economics, business management, etc.
- Responsibility for the project outcome.
