Planning, coordinating and managing the entire project from start to finish;
Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, designers and other stakeholders;
Handing over completed projects to clients and state supervisory authorities;
Leading and motivating the project team;
Controlling the project budget and costs;
Anticipating and resolving problems;
Ensuring high quality standards;
Representing the company at meetings and events

Employee requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in project management in the construction sector;
Successfully implemented large-scale construction projects (project value more than 4 million EUR);
Knowledge of construction technological processes;
Higher education in civil engineering;
Construction manager certificate for special structures;
Work with BIM, Trimble, Dalux programs (advantage);
Excellent planning, organizing, negotiating, communication, task and problem solving skills;
Impeccable Lithuanian language (good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
Computer literacy;
Category B driver's license;
Successfully implemented large-scale construction projects (project value more than 4 million EUR);
