Nature of work:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of DWEEN implementation projects in industrial companies;
- Management of project progress, deadlines, scope, priorities, risks and quality;
- Smooth communication between the Client, internal team and technical specialists;
- Management of client expectations, regular presentation of project status and timely transfer of information;
- Monitoring of project indicators, changes and emerging issues and initiating solutions;
- Proper recording of project documentation, agreements, decisions and changes;
- Coordination of customer support issues in the assigned client portfolio, ensuring their high-quality and timely resolution;
- Evaluation of project results, preparation of reports and provision of insights for improving solutions;
- Preparation, maintenance and updating of documentation.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of project management experience managing IT, infrastructure, technology solution implementation, innovation or similar projects;
- You are able to plan, coordinate and control the progress, deadlines, scope, priorities, resources and quality of the project;
- You are able to communicate clearly and actively with clients, partners and internal teams;
- You know how to manage agreements, responsibilities, action plans and project progress in a way that keeps the work moving forward;
- You observe risks, raise questions, look for solutions and are not afraid to initiate actions even when the situation is stuck;
- You speak and write English well.
Advantages:
- You have a project management certificate related to Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP or other project management methodologies;
- You have experience working with IT, industrial, energy, infrastructure or digital solutions projects, their implementation;
- You have a higher education in IT, engineering, technology or another related field;
- You speak Polish.
