Your main tasks
- Management of construction projects from customer request to facility handover
- Communication with customers, coordination of technical and commercial solutions
- Preparation of commercial proposals and coordination of contracts
- Work planning, budget, deadline and quality control
- Selection of subcontractors, coordination of contracts and supervision of work execution
- Material demand planning, ordering and supply control
- Administration of technical documentation
What do we expect from you
- Higher engineering education
- Experience in construction project management (experience with roofing installation is a great advantage)
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Responsible approach to results, deadlines and quality
- Category B driver's license
