Your main tasks
- Management of roofing projects from receipt of request to delivery of the object
- Communication with existing and potential customers, clarification of their needs
- Preparation of commercial offers and coordination of contracts
- Work planning, budget, deadline and quality control
- Selection of subcontractors, coordination of contracts and supervision of work execution
- Material demand planning, ordering and supply control
- Administration of technical documentation
What do we expect from you
- Higher or higher technical education or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in managing construction projects and/or selling construction services
- Ability to read technical drawings, assess scope of work and prepare commercial proposals
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Responsible approach to results, deadlines and quality
