Nature of work
- Planning, management and coordination of projects carried out in the company;
- Organization, coordination and improvement of the activities of the project committee;
- Analysis of information received from the sales and marketing department about market innovations, trends and customer needs;
- Identification of potential innovative projects and assessment of their investment needs, benefits, risks and payback;
- Cooperation with other departments, representing the interests of the research and development department and solving emerging problems related to the company's project activities;
- Preparation, coordination and approval of contracts, agreements and other documents related to project activities;
- Identification of project risks and potential obstacles and initiation of preventive and corrective actions.
Employee requirements
- Experience in project activities/project management;
- Document preparation, administration and systematization skills;
- Knowledge of business processes;
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate project activities;
- Ability to analyze information, assess risks and make decisions;
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with different departments of the company, solving problems related to direct work;
- Initiative, responsibility and positive attitude;
- Desire to improve and contribute to the improvement of the company's activities and processes.
