Nature of work:
- Planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating the design and construction work of a commercial building;
- Preparation of a schedule for the installation (preparation for operation) and opening of a commercial building, distribution of work, control, management and coordination;
- Management of a construction project of a commercial building from the beginning of design to operation;
- Preparation of project implementation schedules and control and management of their implementation;
- Organization of design and construction, management, communication with architects, designers, general contractors, coordinating institutions;
- Control and coordination of the execution of works of the construction and store opening part of the project;
- Organization of the preparation of all documents necessary for the implementation of the project;
- Organization of tenders, conducting negotiations, control of the selection of architects, designers, general contractors.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction/engineering;
- At least 2 years of project management experience;
- Ability to assess the quality requirements of construction works;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the design and construction of structures;
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, initiative and ambition;
- Ability to independently make decisions and submit proposals.
