Kesko Senukai Lithuania is an international multi-channel retail group that operates physical and electronic stores in the Baltic States.
You will be involved in projects from the initial plans to their implementation at the facility. In this role, you will be involved in store remodeling and opening projects in all Baltic countries – from the initial plans to the final result.
Your daily routine will involve budgets, deadlines, work schedules, partners, subcontractors and real facilities. You will not only need to plan the work, but also oversee its implementation – so that the projects move according to plan, and the planned solutions are implemented on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities:
- Plan store remodeling and opening projects, from scope of work and budget to implementation.
- Create work schedules, monitor their progress and ensure that projects move according to plan.
- Prepare and coordinate functional store layouts and basic solutions in drawings.
- Monitor the project budget, costs and deadlines.
- Coordinate the project team, partners and subcontractors, allocate tasks and monitor their implementation.
- Visit facilities, assess the progress of work and resolve issues arising during the process.
- Identify potential risks and seek solutions so that they do not interfere with the progress of the project.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the project in all Baltic countries.
We hope that:
- Have a higher education and experience in project management.
- Have managed project budgets, deadlines and work plans.
- Be able to read technical drawings and understand functional layouts of premises.
- Experience in construction, reconstruction, shop fitting or similar projects is a great advantage.
- Knowledge of retail processes and weak currents is an advantage.
- Be able to make decisions independently, coordinate different people and resolve issues.
- Be organized, responsible and result-oriented.
- Be ready to travel to facilities and business trips in the Baltic States.
- Have a category B driver's license and speak English.
