What will you do for our team?
We are looking for a responsible and motivated project manager to join the team.
- Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on project(s) management issues;
- Budget planning of construction project(s) and allocation of necessary resources;
- Effective planning and organization of construction work and control of deadlines;
- Assist and consult project managers on current issues at the facilities;
- Problem anticipation and resolution;
- Administration of project documentation.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher/higher education - ROAD ENGINEERING;
- Similar work experience - an advantage;
- Knowledge of construction legislation;
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Excel, Word, Autocad;
- Category B driver's license;
- Independently plan and optimize work.
Leadership and clear, structured communication with the team, management and stakeholders.
