Main tasks:
- Project management at all project stages, ensuring quality, budget and deadline compliance (solid cabinet furniture sector);
- Ability to coordinate the progress of several projects simultaneously;
- Supervision and optimization of project estimate calculations to ensure competitiveness and profitability;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers;
- Creating and structuring a customer basket;
- Monitoring and analyzing the competitive environment;
- Cooperation with design and production departments.
Position requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management (advantage - in the non-standard furniture sector);
- Experience in coordinating large-scale, complex projects;
- Knowledge of the principles of estimating and pricing;
- Experience in project profitability analysis and cost optimization.
- Excellent written and oral English skills (C1-C2 level);
- Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiation skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly, set priorities, and feel personal responsibility for the successful implementation of the project.
