Main tasks:
- Large-scale project management at all project stages, ensuring quality, budget and deadlines in the solid cabinet furniture sector;
- Effective coordination of multiple projects simultaneously;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Formation and structuring of client portfolio;
- Monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment;
- Cooperation with design and production departments, coordinating technical drawings and ensuring smooth project implementation.
Position requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management (advantage - in the non-standard furniture sector);
- Experience in coordinating large-scale, complex projects;
- Knowledge of the principles of estimating and pricing;
- Experience in project profitability analysis and cost optimization.
- Excellent written and oral English skills (C1-C2 level);
- Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiation skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly, set priorities, and feel personal responsibility for the successful implementation of the project.
