- Initiate, organize and control the implementation of projects;
- Form employee teams, plan rotations;
- Find solutions to technical, organizational obstacles and solve problems with customers;
- Ensure that employees at the facilities comply with work safety and ensure the quality of work;

We expect you to:
- Have at least a higher non-university education;
- Have experience in the construction sector, in the position of a project manager (would be a great advantage);
- Have experience in project management (at least 6 months);
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Communicate fluently in English;
- Be able to see problems/shortcomings, know how to work in a team and individually;
- Be able to manage stress;
- Be result-oriented and able to make decisions independently.
