Your main tasks will be:
- administer projects in accordance with the descriptions of project financing conditions and other documents regulating work procedures
- consult applicants and process participants on project financing and project implementation issues
- prepare reports on the implementation of assigned projects
- participate in examining requests, inquiries, statements and complaints submitted by citizens, other persons, institutions and institutions within their competence and prepare responses to them
- perform inspections of administered projects at the project implementation site and check data in registers
- participate in meetings organized by owners of apartments and other premises in apartment buildings and other participants in the housing sector.
We hope you:
- you have at least a university or college degree
- you have at least 1 year of experience in project preparation, implementation or supervision (state, EU or other funds) or in apartment building administration
- you have a valid category B driver's license
