Nature of work:
- Search for new projects, objects and clients through active sales;
- Cooperation with designers (HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchens, swimming pools), contractors and partners in newly developed projects;
- Communication with managers and owners of existing objects (commercial kitchens, water management companies, swimming pools, food and other industrial companies) to identify needs and offer technological solutions;
- Selection of technological solutions and equipment, ensuring that the necessary equipment is provided and integrated in the projects (air purification, ventilation, water and wastewater disinfection, surface disinfection, ozonation, etc.);
- Preparation of commercial proposals;
- Project coordination and cooperation with the internal team.
Requirements:
- Experience in active B2B sales (experience in selling technological, technical or project solutions is a great advantage);
- Ability to quickly understand technical processes and master technical solutions;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation;
- English proficiency;
- Category B driver's license;
- Motivation to achieve high results and higher income, working with innovative solutions in Lithuanian and foreign markets.
Advantages:
- Experience working in the fields of project management, HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchens, swimming pools or engineering systems;
- Technical education (engineering, environmental technologies, mechanics, energy or similar), ability to read technical drawings;
- Understanding of air purification, disinfection or ozonation technologies.
