Nature of work:
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation of the company's construction and infrastructure projects.
- Monitoring the progress, deadlines and results of projects. Preparation and analysis of project implementation reports.
- Problem solving, risk and change management.
- Participation in investment planning and implementation processes. Preparation of project documentation, preparation of responses to official inquiries and/or letters received.
- Participation in the organization and implementation processes of public procurement.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education in civil engineering or another field of technological sciences.
- You have work experience in the fields of construction, design, technical maintenance and/or engineering experience in water management and/or industrial/manufacturing companies.
- You have experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects. You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (Construction Law, STR, etc.) and are able to apply them in practice.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar programs).
- You are able to plan work, manage projects, solve problems and make decisions.
- You are independent, responsible, organized and proactive.
- You have a category B driver's license.
