We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our RNDV Ferrum team, implementing projects in the areas of shipbuilding, ship repair, marine steel structures, sandblasting and painting services and pipelines, who is willing to manage a project portfolio where high quality standards are applied and a responsible, professional approach is valued.   • Project portfolio management and coordination
  • Project prioritization according to the company's strategic goals
  • Project timeline, budget and resource control
  • Work progress monitoring, risk identification and management
  • Involvement in the project evaluation process (at the sales stage)
  • Cooperation with department heads, ensuring effective project implementation
  • Analysis of performance indicators (KPI) and preparation of regular reports for management
  • Coordination and implementation of process efficiency initiatives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • Higher education in management, engineering or project management
  • At least 3 years of experience in project or portfolio management and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian
  • Knowledge of financial planning and budget management
  • Excellent working skills with project management systems, MS Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Agile or other performance improvement methodologies
  • Initiative, ability to make data-based decisions and strong communication skills
  • Experience in shipbuilding, repair (advantage)
