Nature of work:
- Organizing projects from the beginning to the end of the work.
- Forming employee teams, planning and coordinating rotations.
- Daily communication with project managers and employees.
- Maintaining contact with clients and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
- Administrating work documentation, preparing reports on the progress and results of projects.
- Monitoring project progress, controlling deadlines and promptly resolving problems.
- Collaborating with other departments of the company to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- You will generate and implement ideas, contribute to the improvement of the company's activities
- As needed in projects, you will be able to go on business trips.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of project management experience in the field of scaffolding.
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of German is a great advantage).
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are able to plan work, organize a team and make decisions.
- You are responsible, communicative, and result-oriented.
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve emerging challenges.
