NTX Construction is expanding its team and is looking for a Project Manager.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will take responsibility for the successful implementation of the entire construction project from project planning and preparation to its completion and handover. In this position, you will manage the project scope, deadlines, budget and resources, coordinate project participants and ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with contractual obligations, quality and legal requirements.
In this position, not only the ability to plan and manage projects is important, but also a strategic approach, responsibility for the result and the ability to make decisions. You will coordinate the project team, contractors and subcontractors, manage emerging risks and resolve issues arising during the project implementation. You will also maintain key contact with the client, designers, technical maintenance and other project participants in order to ensure smooth project implementation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will organize, plan and coordinate the implementation of the construction project from the beginning to the completion of the project;
- You will ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the approved design documentation, planned deadlines, budget and quality requirements;
- You will maintain constant contact and cooperate with the client, technical supervision, designers, contractors and other project participants;
- You will make independent technical and organizational decisions, solve challenges arising during the project implementation;
- You will monitor the progress of the project, control work deadlines, costs and resources, initiate corrective actions in case of deviations;
- You will ensure proper administration of project and construction documentation and compliance of the construction process with applicable legal acts and regulatory requirements;
- You will participate in the process of project completion, documentation preparation and handover of the structure.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a higher education in civil engineering or other related field;
- You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the construction sector, in the field of project management;
- You have experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion;
- You are able to plan and control the scope, deadlines, budget and resources of the project;
- You are well versed in construction processes, technologies and legal acts regulating construction;
- You are able to independently make decisions, manage risks and promptly resolve challenges arising during the project implementation;
- You have good communication and organizational skills, are able to effectively cooperate with the client, designers, technical maintenance and other project participants;
- You work well with MS Office programs;
- You have a category B driver's license.
