Your main responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of assigned projects and adherence to established deadlines;
- Manage project budgets, profitability, accounting of working hours and timely submission of financial reports;
- Plan the need for the necessary workforce, distribute tasks among foremen and assess team efficiency;
- Maintain close contact with clients, coordinate work volumes and develop additional service (internal sales) opportunities;
- Maintain constant contact with other departments of the company so that all daily issues are resolved smoothly.
What we expect:
- Experience in project management (construction sector projects are an advantage);
- Higher education (construction or engineering would be an advantage);
- Ability to independently organize work and manage several projects simultaneously;
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to travel;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
