Our client is a growing commercial premises equipment company, implementing projects for shops, restaurants and other commercial spaces in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and cooperating with well-known international brands.
As the number of projects grows, we are currently looking for a Project Manager who is familiar with the construction and technical project environment, organization of work at facilities and coordination of different project participants.
What is most important to us is not the specific job title in your CV, but the technical understanding, practical experience and ability to organize work. About the position
In this position, you will be involved in the entire project cycle - from analysis of project documentation and preparation for work to coordination of work at the facility and transfer of the final project to the customer.
This is a position for someone who is able to see the big picture of the project, understands technical details, knows how to plan work, and promptly resolve issues that arise during the project.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate commercial premises installation projects from preparation to final handover of the facility.
- Analyze project documentation, technical drawings and scope of work.
- Plan the progress of work, deadlines, necessary resources and supply of materials.
- Coordinate the actions of project managers, suppliers, furniture manufacturers and other project partners.
- Monitor the deadlines, quality and supply of work, timely notice possible risks and initiate solutions.
- Communicate with customers, coordinate the progress of the project, deadlines and technical solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender materials, estimates and commercial offers.
- Participate in the acceptance and handover of objects, coordinate the elimination of remaining work and deficiencies.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in construction, interior design, finishing or similar technical environment is a big advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, design documentation and understand the scope of work.
- Ability to calculate quantities of work and materials and work with Excel.
- Good skills in planning, prioritizing and controlling deadlines.
- General understanding of interior design, electrical, plumbing and HVAC works is an advantage.
- Independence, responsibility and the ability to quickly solve problems and notice potential risks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, colleagues, suppliers and other project partners.
- English language skills required for working with clients and design documentation, and a category B driver's license.
