Our client is MG COMSIS, a commercial space installation company that implements projects for shops, restaurants and other commercial premises in Lithuania and works with well-known international brands.
As the number of projects grows, we are looking for a project coordinator who would be involved in the implementation of projects from project analysis and acceptance of the object to final delivery to the customer. You will manage the first projects together with an experienced project manager until you understand the specifics of our clients, deadlines and processes, and later you will gradually take over the independent management of the objects.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze project documentation, drawings, quantities and contracts, assess whether the project is realistic to implement within the agreed time.
- Participate in the acceptance of the object from the customer or lessor and check the transfer conditions.
- Create a project execution plan, control material orders and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate work managers, suppliers, furniture manufacturers and other partners.
- Monitor schedule and quality compliance, timely identify risks, escalate problems and communicate with the client.
- Organize the delivery of the object and manage the elimination of defects.
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in construction or commercial premises installation. More important than the job title is the ability to read projects and understand the processes of the facility.
- Ability to read drawings, understand the scope and quantities of work and general knowledge of finishing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC works.
- Good planning and prioritization skills, ability to see the project several steps ahead.
- Diligence and sense of responsibility: you do not miss details, you care about the final result.
- Communication skills and resistance to pressure, working with demanding clients and tight deadlines.
- Ability to express your opinion in a reasoned manner and accept that the final decision can be made by someone else.
- Knowledge of English and Russian (B1), category B driver's license.

- 3,300–4,100 EUR gross salary, depending on experience and competencies.
