We are expanding our team and are inviting a project manager to join us, who will contribute to the development of cabinet furniture projects - from the first contact with the client to the successful implementation of the project.
The essence of the position
This is a dynamic position that encompasses both sales and project management. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing projects, and coordinating the entire process from idea to final result. This position is for someone who is able to combine technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills.
Your role in the organization
You will be the main link between the client and the internal teams - designers, production and installation specialists. Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, adhering to deadlines, budget and quality standards. You will also actively contribute to the growth of the company by developing a client portfolio and long-term business relationships.
Primary responsibilities
- Active search for new clients and projects and development of long-term relationships.
- Client consulting, needs analysis and selection of the most suitable solutions.
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
- Project coordination - formation of tasks for designers and production.
- Ensuring deadlines, budget and quality throughout the project.
- Coordination of technical solutions, pricing and implementation with clients and the team.
- Collaboration with interior designers, architects and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in technical product sales and/or project management (furniture, interior or related fields).
- Understanding of design, manufacturing and/or installation processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience with design programs (e.g. SketchUp, PRO100) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation.
