Your future activities:
- Manage ship repair projects from start to finish, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Prepare project plans covering scope of work, schedule and budget.
- Manage project budget: plan, monitor costs, control costs and ensure that the project is implemented profitably.
- Ensure effective resource planning and allocation, optimizing costs and time.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pricing and negotiations with customers and partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth implementation and communication.
- Monitor project progress, results and risks and provide information to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of work with safety, quality and legal requirements.
- Initiate ideas for process improvement and apply insights for future improvements.
We hope you:
- Have the ability and desire to work on a business trip basis in foreign countries.
- Have a PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate (an advantage).
- Have a higher education.
- Have experience in project management in the field of engineering, construction or technical projects (e.g. ship repair, construction or production projects).
- Know project implementation processes, technical standards and applicable regulations (an advantage - experience in the ship repair or construction sector).
- Have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Communicate fluently in English (Russian - an advantage).
- Have a category B driver's license.
