Your future activities:
- Plan, organize and control hull assembly, welding and repair works on new ships.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is carried out according to technical drawings, quality requirements and schedule.
- Prepare project plans, manage budgets, control costs and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with work standards, control deadlines, productivity and project progress.
- Manage a team of 15+ employees, organize daily work planning meetings.
- Collaborate with customers, shipyard representatives, partners and internal teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, price calculations and negotiations with customers.
- Resolve technical and organizational issues during project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, labor discipline and legal requirements.
- Initiate process improvement solutions and contribute to operational efficiency.
We hope you:
- Have a technical or higher education (in shipbuilding, mechanics, metal structures or similar field).
- Have solid experience in managing production, ship repair, construction or other technical projects.
- Have experience in leading a team and are able to effectively organize work and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Able to read technical drawings, work according to technical documentation and are familiar with project implementation processes.
- Able to plan work, manage deadlines, priorities and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Have leadership, responsibility, initiative and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Are focused on quality results, able to solve problems and work effectively in stressful conditions.
- Fluently communicate in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
- Have a category B driver's license.
- PMP certification and experience in the ship repair or construction sector would be considered an advantage.
