Nature of work
- Initiate, organize, control and implement projects abroad (work on a business trip basis);
- Assessment of required resources;
- Form employee teams, plan rotations;
- Resolve emerging technical and organizational issues with customers;
- Ensure the quality of work in projects;
- Deliver work to customers, achieving high client evaluation and successful project results;
- Project document management;
- Controlling the progress of project implementation, achieving set goals;
- Quick and effective resolution of emerging challenges;
- Project analysis, presentation and evaluation of results.
Employee requirements
- 2 years of similar work experience required (shipbuilding would be an advantage);
- Higher/higher education (ship engineering would be an advantage);
- Ability to read drawings, understand technological documentation;
- Ability to identify problems, shortcomings;
- Ability to work and lead a team;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to present the company orally and in writing;
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Computer literacy;
- Quick orientation and information absorption;
- Cat. B driver's license;
- Ability to travel independently to sites in other countries.
